1.1 Personal Information: In order to make a purchase through our website we will collect certain information including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address.

1.2 Registering an Account: If you choose to register you details with us you will be able to proceed through checkout faster, check the status of your orders, view past orders, make changes to your personal information, change your password and store alternative addresses. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you register as a distributor in order discounted prices to apply it will take up to 2 hours your registration to be confirmed by Nigo LTD Shop administrator.

1.3 Password: You password is encrypted so we are unable to see what it is. In the case that you forget your password, we can only reset it via your account’s registered e-mail address.

1.4 We will keep your information as long as you are registered with us. You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us at office@nigoltd.co.uk or info@nigoltd.co.uk. Please note we can only cancel your registration if you have no outstanding orders.
