Welcome to the Nigo LTD Shop website terms and conditions (‘terms’). In these terms, ‘Nigo LTD Shop’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Nigo LTD Shop and ‘you’ means the customer or potential customer.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Our terms and conditions are only supplied in English. These terms govern your use of www.nigoltd.co.uk (‘website’), by using any part of this website you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using this website.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently amend these terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to read and agree to these terms every time you place an order.
1.1 The products for sale on our website include but are not limited to bamboo socks, cotton and wool socks.
2.1 All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable), unless otherwise specified. Prices may change from time to time but will not affect orders already placed. Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of the products and will be shown separately on the Website during checkout.
3.1 Payment must be made when you submit your order. Products will be sent to you only when we receive full payment in cleared funds. We accept no liability for any delay or non-delivery due to a card issuer refusing to authorise a payment, or if we fail to accept a payment.
3.2 Online payment can be made via PayPal or you can post a cheque.
3.3 We will send you an e-mail confirmation upon receipt of your order.
4. Postage & Packaging
- All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be dispatched on the same day with Royal Mail and are normally delivered within 2-3 days. Orders received after 5pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Although during busy times (like the run up to Christmas) our warehouse is busy picking and packing orders over the weekends too.
- There is a £3.99 delivery charge for orders up to £50 and below. (Monday- Friday)
- Free UK delivery on orders £50.00 and over. (Monday- Friday)
- A Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) option is available for a charge of £11.25. Choose the “UK Next Day” delivery option in your basket before proceeding to Checkout. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 2pm. Please note this option will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, we reserve the right to hold any order placed with the delivery method “UK Next Day” if not all information is provided when ordering.
5. Out of stock
5.1 All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock may take a little bit longer to be supplied and delivered to you. We will let you know how long will take via e-mail provided in your order.
5.2 If your order is processed and a product is subsequently found to be out of stock, we will contact you within 7 days. You will be given the option to receive a refund or to exchange the product. If the new product is of greater value than the original, the difference will need to be paid by you before dispatch. If the new product is of less value, the difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
5.3 No part of your order will be dispatched to you until we have received confirmation that you would like either a refund or an exchange in regards to the out of stock product.
6. International delivery.
6.1 Postage outside the UK is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please contact Customer Services for postage amount and details via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
6.2 Customers from outside the UK can only pay by bank transfer in Pound Sterling.
6.3 For delivery outside the EU, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. Any additional customs clearance charges are payable by the customer. It is advisable to contact your local Customs authority for more information as Customs policies vary from country to country.
7.1 On receiving your order, you should check that all items on the delivery note are present. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 7 days of receipt that there is a problem. If you fail to notify us, we will consider the products satisfactory and are not obligated to accept any rejection by you at a later date.
7.2 Where the delivery is signed for, you bear the risk once the goods are signed for. If you believe the delivery has been tampered with in anyway, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods and notify us immediately.
8. Passing of property and risk
8.1 Nigo LTD Shop retains ownership of all products until full payment has cleared into our bank account.
8.2 Ownership and risk passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange or return socks (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The socks have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange socks, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your socks or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any socks lost during the return shipping.
How to Return or Exchange Happy Socks
Contact Us and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.
If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
10.1 We will not accept cancellations if you do not follow the procedure as defined in 10.2 to 10.4.
10.2 Cancellations can be made via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
10.3 If orders have been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the returns procedure will apply.
10.4 If orders have already been dispatched, we cannot refund any post or packaging costs.
14.1 Nothing in our terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.2 Our products are intended for personal use only. We will not be liable for business losses (including without limitations loss of income, profits, data, business, contracts or anticipated savings).
14.3 Subject to 14.1, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of you failing to use any of our products in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided by us or failing to draw such instructions or warnings to the attention of your customers, where appropriate.

b. we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with the provisions or any matter under these terms
c. we will not be liable for computer viruses, system failure, malfunction, loss or damage of any sort which may occur in connection with your use of our website, including through the presence of third party links on our website
d. we will not be liable for access delays or interruptions to our website, data non-delivery, mis-delivery, corruption, disruption or other modification
e. our maximum liability in relation to any event or series of events shall be limited to the total price paid by you for the products. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or your contract cancellation or refund rights.
f. loss of goodwill or reputations. You agree that you will not hold us liable in respect to any comment, review and/or feedback on our website published by others in relation to you.
15. General use of website info
15.1 We take reasonable care to ensure prices, details and descriptions of our products for sale are accurate. While we aim to keep our website as up to date as possible we do not give any warranty that the website content is accurate, current, complete or error-free.
15.2 While Nigo LTD Shop takes all reasonable effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses and defects, we cannot guarantee that your use of our website, or any other website accessed through links on our website, will be interruption or error free or will not cause damage to your computer. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss or corruption to any data as a result of using our website or any websites accessed through links on our website.
16. Third party links
16.1 We use hyperlinks on our website which are owned and operated by third parties. These links are only for your convenience and when you activate a link you will leave the Nigo LTD Shop website. We have no control over third party websites and accept no responsibility or liability for their contact, products or services or for any loss or damage that may arise from using them.
16.2 Linking to other websites is at your own risk and any dealings with or services found via these links is solely between you and the third party operator of the said website.
16.3 The inclusion of these links does not constitute an endorsement by or any affiliation with Nigo LTD Shop.
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
